I am a graduate student at Clemson University pursuing my M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology in the Baldwin Landscape Ecology lab and the Barrett lab. My thesis focuses on occupancy and community characteristics of herpetofauna in a managed pine forest.
My research interests are in Montane ecology, Landscape and Soundscape ecology, Occupancy modeling, and multi-species management and conservation. Prior to Clemson, I worked on soundscape studies in Alaska on the Kenai NWR and Denali National Park and in Idaho on a reptile occupancy study and a variety of other smaller projects. Growing up in Alaska, I gained my passion for the outdoors at a young age. I earned my B.S. in Wildlife Science at Virginia Tech while gaining experience with different research questions and continuing to build my back-country skills. Contact Information
